Tasty salmon and vegetable wok!

I really like cilantro, ginger and chill! And salmon! In this dish you will find them all and then some! The flavours of this dish is so yummy and tasty. Do try!


What you need:

Salmon
Vegetables (Savoy cabbage, carrot, orange beet, parsnip)
Cilantro leaves
Lime

For the sauce:
5 tbls soyasauce or coconut aminos
3 tbls olive oil
1 tbls sesame oil
1 lime, zest from 1/2 and juice from 1/1
1 small chilli, chopped
1 tbls chopped ginger
1/2 chopped Chinese garlic
1 spring onion chopped
1 lemongrass, chopped (not necessery)
About 2 tbls cilantro leaves chopped

Let the sauce marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Strain the sauce.

What you do:

Saut the vegetables (which is nicely chopped) in butter and olive oil. In another pan, fry the salmon on both side until its got a nice crust and are still rare in the middle. Asemble the dish by placing the vegetables in the bottom and layer the salmon on top with the sauce drizzled on top and a pinch of chopped cilantro leaves to finish the dish. Serve with lime on the side.
