Easter treat!

I love marzipan! And I would like to eat a massive amount of all the delicious marzipan available in store these days. But I can't. It's not worth it when my body responds with headaches, fatigue, bloated stomach and itchy skin. Fortunately there are healthy options.

These eggs are made by me! It doesn't take very long and they are really good!

You'll need: Almond flour (not fat reduced) coconut palm sugar, oranges and dark chocolat. I use 86% dark chocolat. Use aprox to cups of almond flour, stir in 3 tablespoons coconut palm sugar and add 2-3 tbs freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir until you have a firm dough. It's surprisingly little orange juice you'll need to make the dough set. So be careful when you stir in the juice.

Once you have a firm marzipan you can start molding it into any shape and sizes! Let the marzipan rest for about an hour in the freezer before you dip them in melted chocolat. After about an hour in the fridge it's all yours to enjoy! Yum!
